Better Pictures uses Australia Post (Express Post Next Day Delivery) and other courier services for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided daytime delivery address. If you can’t be home to accept the package, consider having delivery to your work, or to the home or work address of a trusted friend or family member who is available during business hours.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment and orders have been processed.
Your original items are returned with your order, unless you request otherwise.

Postage and Handling Prices:

Our standard shipping and handling charge for deliveries within Australia is $10 for parcels up to 3kg and less than 40 cm by 32cm in size. Additional freight may be charged for parcels over this size and overseas orders. International freight charges vary depending on country of delivery. Please contact us for freight charges if you have an oversized item or overseas order.

Sending Videotapes:

• Put your name and unique ID number (eg tape 1, tape 2, tape 3, etc) on the label of each video.

  If you are having editing or postproduction:

  In order to customize your DVDs we need the exact time of events (hh:mm:ss) that you would like edited or some other clear indication of what you would like edited or customized. Please contact us to discuss your editing needs before sending your videotape.
  
  

• Put your name and a unique ID number (eg “photo 1”,“photo 2”, “photo 3”, etc) on the back of each of your photos and documents (in pencil or with a post-it note). If you would like your photos or documents scanned in a particular order (eg for a Photo Slides Show on DVD) please ensure the numbers on the back of your photos and documents are in the sequence you wish them to be scanned and presented. (eg photo 1 is scanned first. Photo 2 is scanned second.)
• Please do not use pen on the back of you photos or documents as this can damage your photo or document.
• To avoid damage to your original photos and documents, slip cardboard or foam core board in the envelope that you are sending them in. Write on the outside of the envelope “Fragile” or “Photos – do not bend”. Australia post also sells ‘photo envelopes’ that are specially constructed to avoid damage to photographs when mailed. Better Pictures will send an email or call you to confirming the arrival of your photos.

Sending Slides:

• Remove slides from trays or carousels.
• Number each slide in the upper right hand corner of each slide in the order you would like them scanned to cd or presented in a DVD slide show movie. (If slides not numbered they will be scanned in a random sequence.)
• Bundle and wrap slides in paper bound by rubber bands in both directions.

Cheque or money order: We accept personal cheques and money orders in the favour of: BETTER PICTURES

Cheques must be cleared before work begins.

Cash: Please do not send cash in the mail. We accept cash for drop-off and pick-up items only.

Payment is processed prior to the commencement of work.

We will not duplicate any material that violates anyone’s copyright or other rights and laws.
